From Zacatecas, by way of West Texas.
Mexillicious Eats is the work of one baker, Chef Adriel Silva, making Mexican pan dulce to order on the Main Line, just outside Philadelphia.

Rooted in the vibrant traditions of Zacatecas, Mexico, and raised amidst the vast landscapes of West Texas, Chef Adriel Silva’s journey into baking began long before he ever stepped into a professional kitchen.
Growing up, his family table was a sacred space shaped by heritage, warmth, and generations of cherished recipes passed down through memory and hands-on practice.
Today, based on the East Coast, Adriel is refining his culinary craft while redefining what traditional Mexican pan dulce can be. His mission is to honor the soulful flavors of his heritage—from buttery conchas to spiced piloncillo pastries—while elevating them with wholesome, premium ingredients and modern techniques.
By stripping away commercial shortcuts and prioritizing real, quality components, every bake delivers an authentic, refined taste of home that bridges rich cultural lineage with a modern culinary vision.
Why we confirm before you pay
Everything is made to order in one kitchen, by one person. That puts a real ceiling on how much can be baked in a morning. Rather than take an order we can’t fill, we check every request against the day’s bake first — and only then ask for payment. It’s slower than a checkout button, and it’s the reason nothing arrives stale or late.
